Delivery Information

Our delivery team will contact you to schedule the delivery .
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the product description on our website.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery is free start from Monday - Saturday for purchase above Rp5,000,000,00.- . Otherwise purchase below that price, we will charge Rp400,000,00,- Additional fees will apply for deliveries with limited accessibility or with no lift access. We currently deliver within Jabodetabek, Bandung & Cikarang, and Surabaya only.

 

DISPOSAL RATES

Cellini is not responsible for working on or disassembling the previous furniture.

 

RESCHEDULING OF DELIVERY
Customers can reschedule delivery up to 7 days before the delivery date, depending to the availability of the next delivery slot. 
If the purchased item(s) are not collected or delivered within 1 month from the stipulated date, we shall be entitled to charge 5% of the purchase price for warehouse storage.

 

VALIDITY OF UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If item(s) is not collected or delivered within 6 months from confirmation of delivery, Cellini reserves the right to forfeit the purchase without refund.

 

RECEIVING ITEMS
On delivery, customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before our carrier leaves the premise. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to the us and noted on the delivery copy. You will also need to email us at cso@cellini.co,id  or WhatsApp us in  087880782038 and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 3 working days.

In the event an exchange for the defect piece cannot be made, Cellini reserves the right to offer a substitute or full refund. All replacement of item(s) will depend on the next available shipment. Cellini shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Cellini or to any comparison.

 

REFUSAL OF ENTRY BY BUILDING MANAGEMENT
Should the building management reject admittance of our delivery team, delivery will be rescheduled accordingly. Cellini reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subject to availability of next delivery slot and customer will be recharge to the next delivery for Rp400,000,00.-.


DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
a) In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, Cellini reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot.
b) No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.
c) Cellini shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Cellini or to any comparison.
