In a special session with Toffin Coffee, guests were invited to explore the art of crafting Cappuccino and Mont Blanc Coffee—two creations that beautifully balance flavor and character.
For the Cappuccino, Toffin baristas introduced the use of 18 grams of Gues Java espresso, with a 1:2 coffee-to-water ratio. The process continued with milk steaming at the ideal temperature of 60–65°C, preserving texture and taste without overheating.
Interestingly, the milk used is a blend of fresh milk and cashew milk — with a portion of the milk frozen and then thawed to produce a naturally sweeter, lighter flavor. Cashew milk adds a naturally savory and creamy note, creating a smooth yet distinctive harmony in every sip.

Alongside the Cappuccino, guests also experienced Mont Blanc Coffee — a popular coffee mocktail gaining attention for its refreshing taste. The combination of espresso and pumpkin spice delivers a warm, aromatic profile that remains delightful even when served cold.
For garnish, the barista grated fresh orange peel over the drink — not only to enhance its visual appeal, but also to infuse citrus aroma that elevates the tasting experience. The bright zest offers a highlight of sweet, warm, and refreshing notes in one elegant glass.
Beyond coffee craftsmanship, the event also introduced the superior qualities of Quartz Stone featured in Cellini’s dining table collection.
