Q. Can I choose my delivery date?

ID: Yes, our delivery dates are assigned to different area zone each day. You may request for delivery dates according to the zone provided by our logistic team. Our logistic will contact you to determine your preferred date after you completed your online transaction.

Q. How do I change my delivery date?

ID: You may call us at  or write to 087880782038 us at cso@cellini.co.id for rescheduling of delivery. You may postpone the delivery date once, giving at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date, subject to availability of next requested delivery slot. Here’s more information about that.

Q. Do you deliver on weekends?

ID: Our delivery is available from Monday to Saturday.

Q. How do I claim my warranty?

ID: You may contact us at cso@cellini.co.id with photos, a description of your complaint and order number. Read more here

Q. How do I dispose my old furniture?

ID: Cellini is not responsible for working on or disassembling the previous furniture.

Q. How do I track my order?

ID: If you do an offline order, you may call the showroom from where you made the purchase. If you do an online order, you may write in to cso@cellini.id, our customer care team would be happy to assist you.

Q. What currency will I be charged in?

ID: All prices stated on our site are in Rp (Rupiah), Cellini Design Center processes all orders in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR)

Q. Can I pay by installments?

ID: Yes, you can! We offer interest free installment in-store. However, we are unable to process installment plan for purchases made online. You can call us at 087880782038 or email us at cso@cellini.co.id and our sales team will be in touch with you for more advise.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

ID: For all online payments, we currently accept payment via Midtrans, Credit Card, and Virtual Account.

Q. Can I customize a sofa or bedframe using different fabrics / leather?

ID: Yes, you can choose to change the fabric or leather colour from our colour or pattern selection. You can also upgrade the fabric type to our new FabricGard, easy clean technology material.

Q. Do you have bulk discounts for big orders?

Q. Where is your furniture from?

ID: Cellini, a Singapore brand, is an integrated group of companies that specializes in the design, manufacture, assembly, wholesale and retail of conceptualized lifestyle furniture. Everything from the Aluminium Alloy Sand Casting to the foam that cushions your sofa to the springs in our Nightingale mattresses is made in Cellini factories in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Q. Can I place an order over the phone?

ID: Certainly, call any of our showroom, our sales executives would be glad to assist you over the phone and thereafter, you can make payment via online bank transfer.

Q. Do your products come assembled?

ID: Our professional delivery team will deliver and assemble unlimited number of furniture items purchased from Cellini with no additional cost.

 

DELIVERY:

Q. Can I self-collect the furniture?

ID: Pick up information:

RETAIL STORE PICK UP POLICY:

  • Customer pick-up for the Jabodetabek area is Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 15.30 WIB, and Saturday, 10.00 - 15.30 WIB.
  • Customer pick-up for the Cikarang area is Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 15.30 and Saturday, 09.00 - 12.00 WIB.
  • Customer pick-up for the Surabaya area is Monday - Friday 10.00 - 15.30 WIB, and Saturday, 10.00 - 14.00 WIB.
  • Next day pick up is available subject to stock availability.
  • A store pickup must be scheduled at the time of purchase or call 6545 8182 to be made at least 7 days in advance.

PICK-UPS PROTECTION:

The original invoice must be presented during pick up otherwise an authorization letter is needed with you at pick-up location.

You are responsible for inspecting all pick-up items prior to loading them into your vehicle. Cellini is not responsible for any negligence or vehicle damage in securing furniture into your vehicle or personal injuries once the furniture has left the Cellini pick-up dock.

Q. How will my order be delivered?

SG: Our professional logistic and delivery team will co-ordinate your orders from our factories to our warehouse. Your furniture will be safely and properly packed.

Q. How much does delivery cost?

ID: Delivery is free start from Monday - Saturday for purchase above Rp5,000,000,00.- . Otherwise purchase below that price, we will charge Rp400,000,00,-

Additional fees will apply for deliveries with limited accessibility or with no lift access.

Q. What is your delivery time slots like?

id: We will provide a 2-3 hours time frame, example: 10am – 12pm, or 2 - 4pm. Our delivery team will call you 1 hour before they arrive at your place to give you ample time for preparation.

Q. What if I am not at the delivery address when my order arrives?

ID: If you are not available during the delivery, you can authorize someone to receive the item(s) on behalf. Customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the condition carefully before our delivery team leaves the premise. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to us and noted on the delivery copy. Our care manager will then do a follow up with you on required action to be taken.

RETUNS & CHANGES:

Q.  If I receive a defect product, how do I submit a claim?

ID: You may contact us at cso@cellini.co.id with photos of your complaint, description of the problem together with you order number.

Should the item be deemed to have a manufacturing defect at Cellini’s discretion, Cellini will offer the following where applicable :
Repair the defective product
1-1 Exchange if beyond repair
1-1 exchange with an alternative item, should the exist product and ready.

ID: Cellini One (1) Year Limited Warranty for Furniture

 

THE LIMITED WARANTY

Cellini offers a one (1) year limited warranty cover structural manufacturing defects for all our products from the date of delivery, with the exclusion of Clearance and display items. Sofa frame structure is warranted for three (3) years against manufacturing defects for product used under proper household conditions. After the first year, the guarantee covers defective components but does not cover labour and transport cost.

If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, Cellini will repair or replace part(s), at Cellini’s option. This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This Warranty is not transferable. If items(s) has been shifted to another address and is not handled by our professional delivery team, the warranty is not covered.

The following are not covered as part of the Cellini Limited Warranty:

  1. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, watermarks, indentations or pet damage.
  2. Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorised by Cellini will void this limited warranty.
  3. This warranty does not cover items purchased as ‘Clearance item / Display item’ at the time of purchase.
  4. Cellini’s decision on all issues relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or materials shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at Cellini’s sole discretion.
  5. Any item repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered by the Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
  6. Mattress warranty for details on 10 years Limited Warranty.
  7. In respect of manufacturing defects detected after warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labour charges and transportation costs (if any) to be covered by the Purchaser
